All parcels are shipped within 1–5 days from the date of purchase. Please note that this may vary during busy periods, such as Christmas.

AUSTRALIA

Shipments are sent via a tracked courier service within Australia. Please allow 1-5 working days for careful packaging and dispatch.

Alternatively, collection can be arranged from Sydney. Please email to arrange.

WORLDWIDE

International delivery is available. If your country is not listed at checkout, please email for a shipment quote. Note: Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges required by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURNS

You may return the item(s) within fourteen days, beginning with the day you received them.

To do so, you must first notify us in writing by email to amandaclairecook@gmail.com. Please do not ship the item(s) before contacting us.

Once we have received your email, we will contact you confirming that return or exchange is eligible. Items must be in the original undamaged packaging and shipped back to the studio at your expense.

We will refund the full cost of the item when it safely reaches the studio. It must arrive back in the same condition as it was received. The return will be issued to the original source of payment excluding shipping costs within 7-10 days.
